Damage and Warranty
We do not offer refunds for any reason other than products damaged upon arrival.
However, if you receive a defective product, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is important to include as many details as possible, including any images and videos, in which case please email RandolphKraemer652@gmail.com. Then we can work on solving the problem. Therefore, you must check it before using it. This is very important.
If the item is damaged due to misuse, you will not be able to obtain any return or exchange. You must have common sense and take care of items to avoid any damage to the product.
We appreciate any feedback as it helps us work with the manufacturer to avoid these issues in the future.
Cancel the order
Order processing begins within 12 hours of receiving your payment. So please make sure your order is correct before hitting the submit button.
(One). Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank fee, we do not charge any cancellation fees)
(b). Cancellations within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
(C). Please understand that we cannot cancel your order if we have already shipped your order.
You must promptly notify us of any cancellation request via email or live chat.
Please take care to provide your shipping information. You provide exactly how your shipping labels are printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 50% processing fee and will not be refunded.
